Batmark Does Engraving Too!

Batmark Jewelry is not only the largest supplier of colored gemstones in Lexington, KY, we are also the premiere metal engraving shop. We are known as the "Home of Free Engraving", because we will customize any item purchased from our shop for free.

We also can engrave virtually any outside items you bring in. Our skills at customizing unique and irreplaceable items were recently featured in a Batmark article in the Lexington Herald-Leader. For example, we engraved a cross given to a priest by The Pope. Try and get a do-over on that! Some other"odd-ball" we have done are swords, axes, metal nunchucks, car gas caps, beer coolers, 100 year old silver cups, etc.

The old engraver's jokes is "we can put the Lord's Prayer on a penny", we haven't tried it, but would give it a valiant effort (now that I think about it, I may try it when things slow down.)

Our unofficial policy is, if it doesn't have a heartbeat and fits in the machine we will attempt it.

Our pricing is very competitive, compared to places at the Mall and elsewhere, especially for outside merchandise. Many people even find it's more cost effective to buy things there and bring them to us to be engraved! And we back everything up.

Engraving Pricing for outside merchandise:

• Flat Item
  • 1 Location on flat item (up to 6 words) - $9.95
  • Additional location - $5.00
• Cylindrical
  • Inside of Rings - $20 (including Tungsten and Titanium)
  • Mint Julep Cups - $15
• Knives/Guns
  • $14.95 - This is due to the metal's hardness and number of passes we have to make. May be higher depending on what type of metal how it locks in
• Additional words after 6 $2 each for first 10, $1 each for rest. But we are very generous with small words, dates, etc

Custom Logo's

We can also engrave logos and designs you bring in or email to us. There is a one-time $20 conversion/clean up fee to get them into our system, but we save everything and next time we will be ready to go.

We've done everything from hand drawn sketches on post-it notes to corporate logos. Will attempt almost anything at no charge!
